We are bringing to your attention an issue regarding the recent processing of claims and subsequent disbursement of  checks by Delta Dental of Washington. Checks were mistakenly sent to the subscribers when they should have been directed to our office. We kindly request that the recipients of the checks cash them at their soonest convenience. After doing so, you can expect to receive a refund request from Delta Dental of Washington. This will ensure that the funds are appropriately redirected and accounted for in accordance with our agreement. If the member has not received the check or has lost the check, we ask that you reach out to Delta Dental of Washington customer service team to place a stop pay on the check(s) and they will have it replaced and sent to our office instead.
